Cancellation Policy
• if you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule and there will be a $25 fee.
• APPOINTMENTS may be canceled/rescheduled online within 48 hours
• if you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a $25 fee.
• same day last-minute cancellation will be charged a $25 fee.
• NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged FULL amount of service to credit card on file. * if card declines and payment isn’t sent within 24 hours. I will not rebook you. (No exceptions)
*** any cancellation fee must be paid. No rebooking until all fees Due are paid.
*** I understand things happen, we are all human. So please be mindful and let me know ASAP if something comes up and you are unable to make it to your appointment.
